Interviews describe how people remember a process. Subliminal adds evidence from how work is actually performed, including the steps, applications, and exceptions involved.
How does a deployment start?
Subliminal provides native desktop clients for macOS and Windows. Installation includes signing in and granting the relevant operating system permissions. We work with your team on scope and deployment requirements.
How quickly can we get insights?
In the Fella Health deployment, installation took approximately three minutes per employee, and workflows were mapped within two weeks. Timing depends on your environment and the work being observed.
Does Subliminal build every automation for us?
Subliminal provides workflow context, opportunity analysis, and automation capabilities. The implementation approach depends on the engagement. At Fella Health, Subliminal mapped the work, identified what to automate, and tested agents on real recorded tickets in a simulated environment, away from live systems.

How is operational data protected?
Evidence storage uses server-side encryption with public access blocked. Access is authenticated, with regional data controls and customer AWS deployment options available according to your configuration.
