# Subliminal Labs

> Subliminal learns how a company's work actually happens, maps the recurring
> workflows behind it, and deploys automations validated against work employees
> have already completed.

Subliminal installs across a team in about three minutes per employee and runs
in the background: no interviews, no timesheets, no extra work asked of anyone.
Within about a week it returns mapped workflows - the steps, tools, inputs,
outputs and exceptions that never made it into the process documentation.
Automations are then built for those specific workflows and tested against work
employees already completed, so an agent's steps and outcomes can be checked
against a known result before anyone depends on it.

Subliminal is not an employee monitoring product. It measures how work happens,
not how productive each person is.
